Blinds are non-refundable, non-returnable, they are custom made to order. All blinds and shades we sell are back by the manufactuers' limited lifetime warranty.
If the product is defective or damaged at the time of arrival, you must notify us immediately. Each manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace any damaged/defective merchandise at their discretion. Damage claim must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
We do have a limited lifetime warranty on any parts, repairs and damages. The customer must pay shipping. Stardecorating and it suppliers will not be responsible for sending boxes or reimburse any cost associated with the return of merchandise for warranty or repair including installation labor and removal.
Area Rug Warranty/Return Policy
Stock Area Rugs are returnable in the first 30 days from date of delivery. The customer must pay freight back to the mill. Please call our customer service department for a Return Goods Authorization number. (RGA)
Notes on returns
Area rugs that are purchased on sale, are NON RETURNABLE, unless, of course, they are damaged. In that case, if there is stock to replace it, the customer must accept the replacement which would be the same style, color and size.
